1:1 Counselling - In person or online
Does This Sound Like You?
You’re juggling work, relationships, maybe family life, yet you often feel lonelier than ever.
You’ve achieved a lot, but it never feels like enough. The pressure to succeed never seems to let up.
Have you been living by others’ expectations for so long, and you’re no longer sure what you really want?
You scroll through social media and feel behind, like everyone else is thriving while you’re just holding it together.
Perhaps you’ve never really made peace with your past, and those old patterns still show up in your present.
Maybe you don’t feel in crisis, but you’re tired of pretending you’re fine. You just want to feel more like you agan.
If even one of these feels familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
If you don’t feel heard,
I can help you find your voice
What you’ll gain from our work together…
- Finally feeling heard — like someone truly gets you, maybe for the first time.
- Navigating friendships, family, and dating with more clarity and less emotional chaos.
- Making sense of emotional ups and downs without feeling like you’re ‘too much’ or ‘not enough.
- Recognising unhelpful patterns (like that harsh inner voice) and gently unpicking where they came from.
How Does Psychotherapy Work
- The goal of therapy is for you to feel more whole and to live your life more fully and freely.
- People usually come to therapy because something just doesn’t feel right. It might show up as anxiety, low mood, or a sense of being stuck, often the psychological equivalent of a fever. These symptoms are signals that something deeper needs attention.
- In psychodynamic therapy, we explore your lived experience, relationships, and the stories that have shaped you. It’s not just about thinking things through, it’s about making space to feel them. Together, we’ll begin to name what’s been hidden or hard to put into words, so you can better understand yourself and move toward lasting change
