Therapy to make sense of the way you relate - and why.
Helping adults explore relationship patterns and life transitions in a calm, private therapy space in Bushey.
Hi, I’m Kaya, and I’m really glad you’re here.
I work with adults navigating life’s messier moments, times when anxiety, low mood, or a quiet feeling of being lost make it hard to feel like yourself.
I grew up in a chaotic home, often unsure of who I was or where I belonged. School was academically overwhelming and I felt like I could not be myself at home. On the outside, I seemed to be coping, but inside I was struggling and searching for peace in all the wrong places.
I was unsure of who I was or where I belonged. I spent years searching for peace in all the wrong places, trying to soothe the pain through relationships, substances, and distraction. On the outside, I looked like I had things together. But inside, I was struggling.
Eventually, I found my way to therapy.
With the support of a skilled therapist, I began to make sense of my experiences and untangle old patterns. Slowly, I started to feel more whole. That process shaped not only my healing, but the therapist I’ve become.
Today, I offer a space that’s calm, honest, and compassionate. I won’t give you quick fixes or surface-level advice. Instead, I’ll support you to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, gently helping you understand your feelings, your patterns, and what you need to feel more like yourself again.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to turn, you’re not alone. I see you. And I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
About Me & Who I Help
In our culture, people often assume we should have life all figured out — relationships, career, family, and happiness all neatly in place. But for many, the reality feels very different. You may feel behind others, stuck in old patterns, or unsure of your next step.
That’s where I come in. I offer a calm, compassionate space to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface, without judgement or pressure to fit any mould. Together, we can make sense of your doubts, fears, and hopes, so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence.”
No two people are the same…
and therapy should reflect that. What really matters here is that you feel seen and heard.
If everything feels too much, even if you can’t explain why, therapy offers a steady space to pause, breathe, and gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface.
Together, we’ll notice the patterns that keep repeating and how your past may still be shaping your present. From there, we’ll work on what needs to shift so you can feel more grounded and at ease
Practice Description
My practice is a calm, private space where you don’t need to perform or apologise for how you feel.
Many people I work with describe feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, questioning themselves, or feeling like they should be happy but aren’t. Together we’ll explore how early experiences and family dynamics still shape the present, and gently work towards real change
