If so, then you are in the right place...
Contact me now, and let’s start your next chapter together. I work in Bushey and Watford and also offer online counselling sessions.
Welcome, I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist and a registered member of the British for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
My passion for mental health began during my time working in education, where I witnessed first-hand the profound connection between adolescent mental health and the challenges carried into adulthood. This experience fuels my commitment to supporting clients as they navigate their own life journey.
In addition to my work in education, I have supported families affected by domestic abuse. In my private practice I work with clients facing a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, job loss, trauma and relationship issues.
As a therapist my aim is to provide you with a non-judgmental, supportive space where you can bring your whole self. I understand that therapy can be challenging at times, but it is also a powerful tool for self - discovery and healing.
Together, we will work to help you better understand your emotions and experiences, and to make sense of the obstacles that may be holding you back. I offer a 15 min free consultation to see if I can help.
With extensive education and specialized training, I'm well-equipped to provide compassionate, psychotherapy and support you:
My own 20+ year journey of self-discovery and healing led me to establish a private counselling practice providing adult psychotherapy and young person counselling both online, by telephone and in-person in the Watford/Hertfordshire area. Each session is different, there is no set agenda. It is your time and space to bring whatever you feel you want to bring.
In addition to my private therapy practice, I'm honored to also work with:
